How do I place an order?
You can browse our collection by theme, color, or your wedding colors, etc. Please see the menu bar at the top of the page (or the side if you are viewing from a mobile or a tablet). Once you decide on your item, just specify color and sizing details and add the robes to the cart one by one for each of your bridesmaids.
Can I customize my order?
Completely! Every item in this shop is customized. You can choose any color or pattern from over 500 choices. When you make the purchase we require details like height, where you want the robes to fall etc so no matter what height or size your lovely bridesmaids are, the robes will come out exactly as you want them!
Further, there are more customization options like buttons in the back, personalized embroidery, heart shaped cut-outs in the back and so on for you to choose from. Check out our Add-ons section for more of that!
Do you offer flower girl robes?

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
When your order is confirmed; we will put through a detailed e-mail with all the details of your product and your order number.
My wedding is next week; can you still send the robes in time?
Yes, if the wedding is more than 4 days away, you can select the “Rush” option while selecting the shipping method at checkout. Please note “Rush” cost is USD 20 regardless of size of the order.
How do I track my order?
All our orders are shipped by FedEx or DHL. Once you receive your order number from our end, you can simply go ahead and track your order by inserting your order number at http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.shtml
or http://www.fedex.com/us/track/ depending upon which courier your shipment has been shipped from.
What is your Return Policy?
If there is any error on our part, you can return the item to us for 100% refund. However, if you simply change your mind after your receive the robes we can refund you 75% on receipt of the items back. Please note that since all items are custom made we cannot offer more than 75% refund. Following are the conditions to return the item: -
• Return/Size Exchange should be initiated within 15 days of order delivery.
• The tags on the product should be intact.
• The product should be unwashed, unused and in its original condition.
How do I un-wrinkle my robes?
We always try to ensure, that your products reach safe and in good condition, hence we emphasize on our great signature packing. However, in rare scenarios if your robes arrive wrinkled, there are multiple ways to get rid of the wrinkle:
• Steaming the robes
• Iron under light heat
Caution: De-wrinkling chemical spray will stain the robe fabric. Robes shown to have been sprayed will void the return/exchange policy per our published.
