Our customer Melanie Sisson wore our Pink Floral Posy Maternity robe for her maternity pictures and shared them with us and also shared her pregnancy journey. Here is a small interview with her.

* Is this your first time having a baby?

My pregnancy was not planned by any means, but my boyfriend, Kyle, and I have been together for 7 years and couldn't be happier!! He has been so great with me through out my whole pregnancy! He even talks to her almost every night which in return she then kicks which makes him feel so great!

This is my first pregnancy!

* Can you share your most memorable and the most scariest moments during pregnancy?

The most memorable moment so far (I'm a little over 8 months) was the first time I actually SAW her kick from outside my belly. I was lay in the bath and I had been feeling her kick all day and she always seems to kick more when I am in the bath tub. So of course I spend my whole bath time just staring at my belly! The first time it happened I didn't think that is really what it was! When she did it two times really quick right after that I knew it was her kicking! Of course I was at home alone and so Kyle wasn't there to see but I called him right then and he was so upset he wasn't there to see!

The scariest moment, was probably when I was still pretty early on in my pregnancy. At this time I was still so worried about every little thing that happened and if it would hurt her or not. Well I was walking through the grass to my apartment and found a hole and rolled my ankle and fell!! I of course started crying cause I just knew something wrong was going to come from it! So first thing I did was I got up and immediately called Kyle just crying! He was out of state working and so he was trying to be as comforting as he could be, but I knew he was worried too. He told me to just calm down and call my dr. and see if they thought I needed to come in. I called them and they asked if I fell directly on my belly, which I didn't, they then reassured me that she was very well protected in my belly and she probably didn't feel a thing. After they calmed me down I felt kind of silly for freaking out like I did. They again reassured me that they get calls like this all the time from new moms!

* What tips will you give to other moms and would-be moms?(Dietary tips, Exercise tips etc)

Tips I would give to other moms and would-be moms, To me, I feel like there is never a dumb question when it comes to your little baby inside you! So do not ever hesitate to call your dr. or talk to other moms about things your going through. One of my nurses is a facebook friend of mine and I feel like I message her at least once a week with a question or "problem" I feel like I am having! I feel so bad about messaging her, but she makes sure I know that I can contact her about anything! Odds are they would rather you ask them about it, than you say nothing and it really be a problem! Better Safe that Sorry!!

* What have you decided to name your baby?

After many many many name suggestions that I liked and Kyle hated, or Kyle liked and I hated we finally decided on Tatum Faith Crumpler for her name!
